For over 25 years, I have been in the food and beverage industry, focusing on quality of service and food and beverage knowledge. My passion for wine began when I reached the fine dining level of service and was exposed to so many new levels of enjoyment. I enjoy helping people enhance their dining experience by choosing the perfect wine to accompany their meal. I have had the pleasure of serving at and taking part in various wine tastings and want to share that same pleasure with others. I decided to do this by helping people host their own wine tastings in the comfort of their own homes. I aim to put new wine drinkers at ease and help them find their own palates. I want to show them that wine can actually be simpler than they think, and I enjoy taking them on a journey of discovery.
